Rumford Senior Living is a 33-unit affordable senior (55+) rental community developed by Developers Collaborative in partnership with MaineHousing and local stakeholders. The four-story building will offer one-bedroom apartments, including 16 fully accessible units, serving households earning 50–60% of Area Median Income.

Seven project-based vouchers will be reserved for tenants with disabilities. Resident amenities include a community room with kitchenette, laundry facilities, on-site management, and 30 parking spaces, including accessible parking.

Designed to complement the historic Strathglass Park District, the development supports the Town of Rumford’s broader revitalization efforts. Overlooking the Androscoggin River, the site offers convenient access to downtown Rumford, nearby parks, and walking trails.
