Running Together, Giving Back

At Developers Collaborative, we believe being part of a community means showing up, supporting local organizations and finding ways to give back to the communities we call home.

We’re excited to be part of the 2026 Maine Community Bank Maine Marathon as a Platinum Sponsor, and even more excited that our team will be there on race day!

The Maine Marathon is already a familiar tradition for some of our team. Kevin Bunker and Laura Reading have both taken part in the race, and this year, we’re bringing an even bigger team to the starting line. Twenty Developers Collaborative staff members will participate as a group relay, giving us plenty of reasons to run, cheer and celebrate together.

The Maine Marathon has a long history of bringing people together and supporting charitable organizations across Maine. Since 1997, the Maine Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay and their participants have raised more than $8.9 million for charitable causes. In 2025 alone, the event donated $793,285 to organizations across Maine.

This year, proceeds will support Camp No Limits, Day One, Nanna’s House and Pine Tree Society, four Maine organizations doing important work with children, families and people with disabilities.

We’re proud to support an event where the impact extends well beyond race day. It brings together runners, volunteers, businesses and community members while helping provide meaningful support to organizations across Maine.

Community is at the heart of what we do at Developers Collaborative. We’re proud to create homes, manage places where people live and gather, support local organizations and come together as a team to give back to the communities we serve.

We’re looking forward to cheering on our team, supporting fellow runners and being part of another great Maine tradition!

See you at the starting line on October 4!
