Village Run was the development of 26 building lots on approximately 35 acres between Main Street and Sligo Road in Yarmouth Village. Its key feature was the location in the highly desirable Yarmouth village with its walkable neighborhoods and excellent school system. The design includes tight-knit neighborhoods of cluster homes surrounded by
significant green spaces and trails. It combined the most attractive elements of a smart growth, planned community with the marketability of a single family development. All lots were all sold within a year and today Village Run is both a mature neighborhood and a desirable address within Yarmouth, and compares favorably to some of the more conventional, cookie-cutter subdivisions nearby.
